A savoury, medium-spiced blend featuring paprika, cumin and native herbs like Lemon Myrtle and Dorrigo Pepper. Sprinkle into pasta sauces and on pizzas and roasted vegetables. Combine with olive oil, mirin, soy sauce and lemon juice to marinate lamb, chicken, beef, fish and seafood. It adds richness to soups, stews, casseroles, and works as a rub for all red and white meats. Season rice, noodles, couscous and mashed potatoes.
